Saddlebrook offers several opportunities to attend horse
shows for our English & Western students. We attend
Hunter/Jumper Shows, Western Shows, Rodeos and Play
Days.
Horse Shows:
Lesson Horse Fee: $75/day
Training Fee: $75/day
Trailering Fee: $100, $125

Hunter/Jumper Shows |

Saddlebrook attends
local shows in the Harris, Waller, Montgomery
and Walker County area. All levels are
encouraged to compete and competition starts
with Lead-Line and Walk/Trot classes.
Competition includes both flat classes and over
fences. Proper show attire is mandatory. Lesson
horses can be leased if the student doesn’t own
a horse. |

Western Shows |
|
Saddlebrook attends
Western Shows in the Harris, Waller, Montgomery

and Trail Classes to name a few. Proper show

Rodeos |
|
Western students
that like the speed events attend Rodeos in
Huntsville and the surrounding area and compete
for year end awards. Events include Barrels,
Poles, Trail and Ribbon Racing. |

Play Days |
|
Occasionally,
Saddlebrook holds Play Days on property to have
some good, fun-filled competition and practice
what is being taught in lessons. These Play Days
are limited to Saddlebrook students and
boarders. |

Saddlebrook Shows |
|
Saddlebrook has
English and Western Shows on property to
practice for the “outside” shows. These shows
are great to get your feet wet and learn what
the judges will be looking for in the show ring.
