Courtney Rutan

At the age of 9, Courtney Rutan started as a Stable hand and has been riding and working with horses under trainers across the country ever since. She has shown multiple horses that were in training with different instructors in Hunter/Jumper circuits and Dressage shows throughout Connecticut and Arizona. Courtney has since expanded her knowledge competing and training in Western disciplines such as Poles and Barrels. She has been breaking and schooling horses in both Western and English disciplines, including a Mustang she purchased from an Indian reservation 7 years ago. Courtney loves working with students to inspire and grow their relationship with horses as well as improve their riding skills. She is currently registered for certification with ARIA in Hunt Seat and Western Pleasure.
